About the Event
A few cheeky garden gnomes have made themselves at home in Albany's Historic Whaling Station's gardens this spring – and they have found some rather unusual places to hang out!
Take a wander through the gardens, keeping your eyes up as you go. Hanging gnomes are tucked amongst the trees, flowers and garden beds, waiting to be spotted. Some are happily hanging out in plain sight, while others have chosen sneakier spots and might take a little more searching.
See if you can find the gnomes along the way and complete the hunt. Once you have, bring the secret word back to collect a prize!
It is a fun way for families to slow down, explore the gardens and discover some of the different spaces along the way – with a little extra spring mischief thrown in.
And do not stop looking once you have found the gnomes. A few other little garden visitors may have decided to hang around too!
