Join respected local historian Malcolm Traill for a fascinating journey through Albany's maritime past.Albany has so many sea-based tales, from a Greek pearl diver to a Menang whaler, from tugboats and coal hulks to coastal steamers, from cartographers to lighthouse builders.

This presentation will touch on many of these stories, and more.

This talk forms part of the exhibition Early Boatbuilding Around Albany and 50 Years of the Amity Replica, which explores Albany's maritime heritage and commemorates the 50th anniversary of the construction of the Amity replica.
