About the Event
The City of Albany marked National Reconciliation Week 2026 with a series of community events that encouraged learning, reflection and meaningful connection through the theme All In.
Across the week, community members came together to explore shared histories, deepen their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and reflect on the role everyone can play in advancing reconciliation. The program created opportunities for cultural exchange, conversation and truth-telling, reinforcing that reconciliation is a shared responsibility requiring ongoing commitment and action.
Through these events, the City of Albany reaffirmed its commitment to fostering understanding, strengthening relationships and supporting a more united community.
